Annual Facilities and Mitigation Fee Expenditure Plan Update

2021 Facilities and Mitigation Expenditure Plan was approved by NTF Board of Directors at the regular meeting of 9/28/2021. The plan will be going to the Placer Co. Board of Supervisors at their October 2021 meeting (Date TBD).
If approved, the fee increase will be effective January 1st, 2021.  

5 Year Fire Facilities Impact Fee Study

2018 Fire Facilities Impact Fee Study was approved by NTF Board of Directors at the special meeting of 12/5/2018. The study received final approval by the Placer County Board of Supervisors on January 29, 2019.

2018 Fire Facilities Impact Fee Study was approved by ASCWD Board of Directors at the regular meeting of 12/14/2018. The study received final approval by the Placer County Board of Supervisors on January 29, 2019.
