2021 Facilities and Mitigation Expenditure Plan was approved by NTF Board of Directors at the regular meeting of 9/28/2021. The plan received final approval from the Placer Co. Board of Supervisors at the 10/26/2021 meeting.
The mitigation fee increase will be effective 1/1/2022.
5 Year Fire Facilities Impact Fee Study
2018 Fire Facilities Impact Fee Study was approved by NTF Board of Directors at the special meeting of 12/5/2018. The study received final approval by the Placer County Board of Supervisors on1/29/2019.

2018 Fire Facilities Impact Fee Study was approved by ASCWD Board of Directors at the regular meeting of 12/14/2018. The study received final approval by the Placer County Board of Supervisors on 1/29/2019.
